All our items ship from Canada. You don't pay any duties, brokerage fees or wait for your item(s) to clear customs.

Turnaround
Combat Shop knows that you want your item(s) as soon as possible. We ship out your item(s) within 1-2 business days of receiving your paid order.

Carriers
All our orders are shipped with Canada Post with your choice of their shipping service.

Delivery Time
All our estimated delivery times at check-out are based on standards from Canada Post for national delivery to major urban centres. Delivery standards vary by destination and shipping service. Below are the standards for each of the services offered by Combat Shop. Note: some services may not be available to your shipping address.

Backordered
Our website has live order placement so most items on the site will have their inventory status on the product details page and you will not be able to place it into your cart if it's out of stock. If for some reason you place an order and an item becomes backordered, we will ship out the rest of your order and ship the backordered item to you when it becomes available at no cost to you.

International Shipping
Combat Shop only ships to Canadian addresses at this time.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Refund or Exchange an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns must be requested within 14 days of your purchase. The return must be shipped within 14 days of purchase or in the case where the return request was submitted during the 14 day period but approval not granted, the item must be shipped within 2 business day after approval.

1. Log in to your account at www.combatshop.ca to request a refund.

• Under My Account click on Orders
• Click on the ID of your order to view it
• On top of the page click on Apply for a Return/Exchange and fill out the information requested
• You will receive an email acknowledging that your request has been submitted and an email once your request is reviewed by our customer support team.

2. Once instructed, ship the item being returned to the address provided to receive your refund or exchange.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns must be in their original packaging with all components included.

Refunds for an item purchased on gift certificate will be refunded in the form of a credit.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
